Star burst 2

“Star burst 2” and “Star burst 3” are based on the same experiment that I photographed in different light conditions.

I do not always know whether materials I am experimenting with are archival, so I take high quality photographs of my originals. This means that experiments can be preserved for others to enjoy as a high quality print. In this case, photography allowed me to create 2 different prints from the same image.

I am aiming to make environment-friendly choices in my whole production process, so I use a carbon neutral printing company with printing facilities in the UK, EU and US for my prints. I print my work on Hahnemühle Bamboo due to the paper’s longevity and environmental credentials.

Overall size of print 20cm x 20cm (8” x 8”). This includes a border of 1.5 cm (0.6”).
